How long does installation take?
Most residential projects can be completed within 1–2 days, depending on the project size, site conditions and weather. Larger commercial installations may require additional time. We will provide a clear installation schedule before work begins.
Can artificial grass be installed on concrete?
Yes. Artificial grass can be installed over concrete, paving or other hard surfaces, provided the base is clean, stable and has adequate drainage. Our team will assess your site and recommend the most suitable installation method.
Do I need to prepare the site before installation?
In most cases, no. We offer complete site preparation services, including removal of existing grass or flooring, ground levelling, base preparation and debris removal. If any preparation is required from the customer, we will advise you before installation.
Can SPC flooring be installed over existing tiles?
Yes, in many cases SPC flooring can be installed directly over existing ceramic or porcelain tiles, provided the surface is clean, dry, structurally sound and reasonably level. If the existing floor has significant unevenness or damage, additional floor preparation may be required.
