- General
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of products and services supplied by NovaTerra Materials (“NovaTerra”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

NovaTerra supplies, but is not limited to:
- Artificial Grass
- SPC Flooring
- Installation Accessories
- Landscaping Materials
- Custom Sourcing Products
Product specifications, colours and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, photography, screen settings and batch differences.
- Quotations
Unless otherwise stated:
- All quotations are valid for 30 days.
- Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices may change without prior notice before order confirmation.
- Orders
Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and payment (where applicable).
NovaTerra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock availability
- Product discontinuation
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment
Payment methods may include:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
- Stripe
- Other approved payment methods
Orders may not be dispatched until payment has been received in full unless prior credit terms have been approved.
- Samples
Sample pieces are provided to help customers evaluate product colour and texture.
Samples are intended for reference only and may not represent the exact appearance of the final installed product due to lighting conditions, installation methods and production batches.
- Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
NovaTerra is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Transport companies
- Weather
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon receipt.
- Installation
Where installation services are provided:
- The installation area must be ready prior to installation.
- Additional site preparation may incur additional charges.
- Existing surface conditions may affect installation outcomes.
NovaTerra is not responsible for defects caused by unsuitable site conditions beyond our control.
- Returns & Refunds
Please inspect products before installation.
Products that have been installed are deemed accepted and cannot be returned due to appearance or colour preference.
Artificial grass that has been custom cut to customer specifications is non-returnable unless faulty.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Warranty
Warranty coverage applies only when products are:
- Installed correctly
- Used under normal residential or commercial conditions
- Maintained according to our care guidelines
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Colour changes caused by unusual environmental conditions
Specific warranty periods vary by product.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NovaTerra’s liability is limited to:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Refund of the purchase price,
at our discretion.
NovaTerra shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Images
- Product descriptions
- Graphics
- Designs
- Documents
remain the property of NovaTerra Materials unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
- Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customer information will only be used for:
- Order processing
- Customer service
- Warranty support
- Marketing communications (where consent has been provided)
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
