Warranty periods may vary depending on the product range.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, products must be:

✔ Installed according to NovaTerra installation guidelines

✔ Used for their intended purpose

✔ Properly maintained

✔ Installed on a suitable subfloor or base

✔ Not modified after installation

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Burns or fire damage
  • Damage caused by chemicals
  • Flooding
  • Natural disasters
  • Improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by third parties

Artificial Grass Care

To maximise the life of your artificial grass:

  • Remove leaves and debris regularly.
  • Brush fibres occasionally to maintain appearance.
  • Rinse with clean water when required.
  • Avoid placing hot objects directly on the grass.
  • Keep sharp objects away from the surface.

 

SPC Flooring Care

To keep your SPC flooring in excellent condition:

  • Use felt pads under furniture.
  • Clean with a damp mop.
  • Wipe up spills promptly.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Use entry mats in high-traffic areas.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please provide:
